• Collaborate with various teams to design and implement data service solutions optimized for target environments;
• Lead the development and maintenance of complex data systems in line with architecture goals;
• Design optimal data architecture and integration solutions with input from analysts and engineers;
• Implement data architecture guidelines, standards, and processes;
• Educate and mentor team members on best practices and standards;
• Analyze data relationships, patterns, and trends to meet business requirements;
• Ensure technology solutions align with data architecture principles;
• Manage data life cycle activities and develop business solutions;
• Provide technical leadership for data technologies and strategic direction across the enterprise.100% telecommuting allowed from anywhere in the U.S.REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Computer Science or related field plus 8 years of related experience. Prior experience must include:
• Design and develop Data Architecture, Solution Architecture;
• Manage Technical Delivery and Vendors;
• Utilize AWS Cloud Technologies such as Athena, Glue, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Amazon EMR, and Amazon Redshift;
• Develop visualizations in QlikView, Tableau, OBIEE & MicroStrategy for business intelligence and analytics;
• Design data models using Erwin;
• Implement data marts and data integration using Informatica, DataStage & Pentaho;
• Manage Technical Delivery and Project Management for OSS applications;
• Develop High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents;
• Implement Mycom (OSI) NetExpert solutions;
