REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:ServiceNow implementation experience
5 years experience as a BA on complex projects
Experience working with stakeholders and taking requirements from those stakeholders.


JOB DESCRIPTION: - Captures customers' and service providers' ServiceNow requirements into stories, helps to solution the approach, and support the overall implementation process in cooperation with developers

- Collaboration in designing, developing, and working with IT processes, conducting research, and performing analysis required to build respective modules within the ServiceNow Platform

- Assist in the documentation of processes and procedures and supports the creation of ServiceNow solutions

- Construction of agile stories and tests configured functionalities end to end as soon as they have been developed

- Supports and creates project documentation

- Assist in the development and delivery of ServiceNow related training which can include hosting live training sessions and issuing training documentation from Train the Trainer to training support staff

- Assists delivery teams to rectify issues and improve service delivered to the customers on the ServiceNow Platform

- Develops strong business cases and ROI calculations to justify and measure the business value delivered by enhancements on the ServiceNow platform

- Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement, automation, optimization, or quality improvements.

- Helps negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts among project stakeholders, such as clients and internal team members

- Other duties as assigned
