REAL ESTATE COORDINATOR
REMOTE / HYBRID
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide support and assist Managers of Real Estate, Transaction
Managers and Service Providers with high volume commercial lease
transactions for multiple locations simultaneously across the
country.
- Track and maintain large volume of transaction data points and
assist with management and Service Provider reporting
requests.
- Report results to management as required.
- Provide ongoing communications of real estate services to both
field and the Corporate Real Estate group.
- Answer questions, research issues and make recommendations as
appropriate.
- Act as liaison, as necessary, between Operations and Service
Providers, providing information as requested.
- Make suggestions and recommendations on improvements to defined
procedures and practices.
- Assist with multiple ad hoc projects as assigned and support
the Corporate Real Estate group across functional teams as
needed.
- Assists with various projects as assigned by direct
supervisor.
- Review and comply with the Code of Business Conduct and all
applicable company policies and procedures, local, state, and
federal laws and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
Experience and Required Skills
- 3-5 years' experience working in a support capacity for a
senior team.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft's Office Suite, advanced
Excel and PowerPoint skills required. Lease or Construction
Management software experience a plus.
- Relevant experience in a fast paced, multi-project
environment.
- Analytical with critical-thinking and problem-solving
skills.
- Strong communication skills both orally and in
writing.
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a high-volume
transaction environment.
- Must be intuitive, creative, detail-oriented and highly
organized.
- Aptitude to work both independently and in a team environment
with a consistent, positive attitude.
