Part-time Break Staff at Hobbs Brooks summary:
As a Part-time Break Staff at Hobbs Brook Real Estate LLC, you will
be responsible for setting up and maintaining break food and
beverage offerings for conferences. This role includes stocking
supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring guest satisfaction
through excellent customer service. Flexibility in working
different shifts is required to support the needs of conference
guests.

is the real estate division of FM. -Shifts needed to fill in: 6AM
to 12 noon or 12 noon to 6AM or 10AM to 4PM. Must be flexible.
Responsibilities Setting up and maintaining break F&B
offerings.Supplying and maintaining the conference guest coffee
break.Obtaining BEO information for group break times, setting up
F&B offering and breaking them down at the conclusion of the
conference.Inquire with sales/F&B manager about guest break
times and needs.Cleaning and maintaining F&B equipment (coffee
pots, dispensers, etc.)Stocking and restocking back of house
supplies for continuous service.Making large amounts of coffee
using commercial sized coffee makers, several times a day.Procuring
break food items from bakery, to include baked good, fresh cut
fruit, yogurt, and various other breakfast items as instructed on
the BEO.Observing and maintaining all assigned break areas
throughout conference.Cleaning and maintaining all break area
equipment, including soda machines, ice machines, rotary toasters
and various other "props" used for F&B displays.
Qualifications High school diploma/GED.Previous hotel
banquet/conference experience preferred, but not
necessary.Excellent customer service and communication
skills.Ability to lift 10 lbs or more.Willing to stand or walk for
extended periods.Availability to work evenings and weekends,
including holidays. -The hiring range for this position is $15.65
to $19.57 per hour plus tips. The final salary offer will vary
based on individual education, skills, and experience. The position
is eligible to participate in FM's comprehensive Total Rewards
