Our CRM makes it incredibly easy for everyone from solo financial advisors to enterprise firms to manage their current book of business and increase their sales. Our software integrates with leading FinTech brands, enabling them to manage their book of business, streamline their workflow, and grow their practice.We just closed our Series B for $30MM, have been in business since 2012, and have 52 employees. We are REMOTE first and our team is distributed throughout the country.Due to growth, we are actively hiring a REMOTE Enterprise Software Support Specialist with experience in the following:

• 4+ years experience in enterprise SaaS customer support/success
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise software
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, APIs, cloud services, data migration, security, etc.
• Experience working with software integrations between systemsYou will be the first point of contact when our enterprise customers are having issues. This includes acting as a technical advisor, leading complex onboarding and/or integrations, product configurations across multiple teams, and troubleshooting/resolving technical issues.If you have this experience, please apply immediately.
