Industry Associate at RSM, you will work with mid-sized businesses
in diverse industries and receive hands-on client experience with
direct access to executive management. Assigned to numerous
projects, you will work on several pieces of any particular
assignment-not just one small part-and you will feel a great sense
of accomplishment on what you learned once done. Working in a

capabilities.Responsibilities:
- Provide analytical support and industry insight during client
assessments to understand and define the current state through
data, opinions, observations, interviews and facilitated
workshops.
- Assist business users, project managers and IT leadership in
optimizing the scope, benefits and risks of proposed projects.
- Conduct benchmarking research and analysis for IT spending,
trends and industry practices.
- Provide leadership in working with solution vendors.
- Prepare reports on consulting services performed for clients,
delivering reports where appropriate and discussing results and
recommendations with clients.
- Work with clients to provide analysis, development and
documentation of improvement opportunities; this may include
implementation and training components.
- Complete client projects effectively and efficiently while
maintaining a high level of proficiency.Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to solve complex
business problems through fact gathering, business process mapping
and data analysis.
- Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, project management,
and organization skills.
- Client service and relationship building skills.
- Must be a team player; demonstrate attention to detail and
problem-solving skills; able to effectively work independently and
in a team environment.

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for
this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring
decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work
experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the
successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated
range.Compensation Range: $63,800 - $113,300.Individuals selected
for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on
firm and individual performance.
