Making it safer, cleaner and more efficient for people and the planet.Partner with the bestAs an On-Site Services Specialist, you will be responsible for all resources and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' sites/properties. These activities contribute to maintaining, repairing, and refurbishing sold or existing products.As a Lead Onsite Services Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Handling all activities related to the testing and validation of equipment, facility, or plant in accordance with the design objectives or specifications for operational use. This includes but is not limited to Performance Services and Performance tests.
• Reporting specific needs/project approaches and presenting outcomes of research done to high-level individuals from the business.
• Handling standardized project processes and guidelines for choosing the right actions.
• Relaying and implementing the processes and procedures that are frequently updated by other functions.
• Working on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role, you will:
  • Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services).

    • 70% or more travel. You will be paid for travel time as well as overtime if more than 8 hours are worked a day. The pay range/scale displayed above represents Baker Hughes' good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position at the time of this posting and applies to the possible locations for this position. Baker Hughes will issue a non-bias competitive offer; the salary range posted for this position reflects the projected hiring range for new hires, full-time salaries in some U.S. locations, not including equity or benefits. Where an applicant will ultimately fall within the pay range/scale depends on a variety of factors, including, for example, geographic work location, skillset, qualifications, internal pay alignment, level of experience, and demonstrated performance over time.
