will support to the AEWS/TACAIR Microwave Factory on a variety of
products including DEWS/QATAR, EPAWSS, 56C, F22, and FIRETIP. The
selected Individual will Perform Environmental Stress Screening
(Drop Shock, Temperature Cycle and Burn-In) in support of the
production lines in the Microwave West Factory. They will perform
calibration and validation on ESS equipment and fixtures. Support
Engineering with debug and evaluation of Production and System
Return hardware. Performs laser seal and leak testing. Perform
laser scribe. Identify areas for process improvements in the
ESS/Laser Seal area, driving the factory quality, cost and
schedule.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- High School Diploma or GED and 1 year work experience or
equivalent experience
- Must be able to work under a MicroscopePreferred Education,
Experience, & Skills
- Active Security Clearance
- Experience with Micro-Electronics and knowledge of MIL
STD-883.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $45320 -
$72490Please note: This range is based on our market pay
structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a
variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and
