We're seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager with a background in investment management to join a dynamic technology team supporting private credit operations. In this role, you'll partner with stakeholders across investment, operations, and tech teams to shape and deliver tools that streamline processes and support critical workflows. You'll act as the product owner for both in-house and vendor-managed systems, driving roadmap strategy, business analysis, and system enhancements for complex investment platforms.



Serve as the Product Owner for a suite of private credit systems, managing both in-house platforms and third-party solutions to ensure alignment with business needs and strategic priorities.
Gather and translate business requirements from investment, operations, and finance teams into actionable product features, collaborating closely with developers and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Own the product roadmap and backlog, balancing short-term enhancements with long-term innovation, and prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, technical feasibility, and stakeholder feedback.
Drive vendor relationships for external software platforms, coordinating issue resolution, upgrades, contract renewals, and ensuring SLAs and system functionality support key business operations.
Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and product demos, while acting as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Analyze system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation, contributing to system efficiency, data accuracy, and operational scalability.
Support data integration initiatives and reporting needs by working with internal data teams, leveraging tools like SQL, Power BI, or Tableau to provide insights, track KPIs, and optimize decision-making.



The ideal candidate brings :

7+ years of experience in financial services technology-ideally from an asset management, hedge funds, mega funds, private equity firms, growth equity firms, and pension funds -with a strong grasp of private credit, fixed income, and related data workflows.

Product Manager or/and Product Owner experience in financial services sector.

Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills, proficiency in tools like SQL or Power BI, and a hands-on approach to managing software development lifecycles in Agile environments are key to success in this hybrid role blending business acumen and technical expertise.
