Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Writer to join our team and support a critical disposition project. The ideal candidate will work independently as part of a project team, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across multiple functional areas and time zones. This role will focus on developing and aligning document hierarchy strategies, performing document revisions, and coordinating with training teams to create relevant training content.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with SMEs to develop and align document hierarchy strategies for the disposition project.
• Perform document revisions, including combining, revising, or obsoleting documents as part of the project requirements.
• Coordinate with the VDocs (DMS) Ghost Writer to ensure appropriate workflow creation and timely execution.
• Manage the review, comment resolution, and approval process for workflows in alignment with project timelines.
• Work cross-functionally across geographies and time zones to engage with various teams and ensure document updates are aligned with project goals.
• Coordinate the development of training content in collaboration with the training team.
• Track and manage 46 documents that need to be revised, combined, or obsoleted due to the project.Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a Scientific or English discipline or relevant comparable background
• Knowledge of applications:
• Veeva Documentation Management Systems
• MS OfficeWork Arrangement: Hybrid - 2 days remote/week
