The ideal candidate is articulate and experienced in delivering engaging product demonstrations. You will collaborate with a fast-paced team, supporting our sales efforts by showcasing our product to potential new customers and expanding existing accounts with the Custom Success team. This role demands a strong understanding of engineering applications (CAD, PDM, PLM, CAM, FEA, etc.) and the ability to effectively communicate our product's unique features. You will play a crucial role in introducing a next-generation product design platform to a broader audience.Key Responsibilities:

• Master our product and become an expert user.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver exceptional product demonstrations.
• Act as a product expert, addressing questions from customers and prospects.
• Develop technical product-related marketing content.
• Liaise with the development team to relay feature requests from customers and prospects.
• Continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.Required Skills and Experience:
• Proficiency with engineering software such as CAD, PDM, PLM, CAM, FEA, etc.
• Experience in delivering product demonstrations.
• Experience in troubleshooting complex customer requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English with strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
