Job Description:The RoleAs the Squad Leader for in Fidelity Asset Management Solutions (FAMS) Investment Technology, you will be responsible for the technology that supports Multi-Asset Class Portfolios. You will partner with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Quantitative Analysts, and Investment Service teams to deliver best in-class Investment Tools. You will ensure alignment on the 'what' and 'when' work is to be performed through ongoing planning and prioritization of a product backlog. You will work directly with a team of technology professionals, enabling team members to work iteratively, innovate through testing and experimentation, and learn from failures while celebrating success. You are committed to developing your own expertise and knowledge to ensure you bring the latest thinking to your role.The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years' experience working directly with Front Office Investment Teams - Portfolio Managers, Traders, or Quantitative Analysts.
• 8+ years' experience working in a technology role or related field.
• Knowledge of relational databases and experience writing complex SQL queries.
• Experience as a Product Owner/Systems Analyst on a Decision Support, Trading, Research, or Quant system.
• Experience establishing and documenting product roadmaps, backlogs, and team priorities.
• Strong focus on execution and ability to identify, communicate, and remove impediments to progress for your teams.
• Capability to lead, influence, and motivate colleagues without formal authority, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
• Ability to establish and maintain unquestioning relationships while working collaboratively across Fidelity to deliver business outcomes.
• Intellectually curious, modeling a culture of continuous learning, mentoring, and coaching.
