Job Description:

A company is looking for a Workday Reports Developer to create and maintain reports and dashboards within the Workday platform for Human Capital Management and Financial Management.



Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with managers to develop an inventory of functional and technical reports for the Workday platform
Design, develop, and implement custom reports and dashboards using Workday's reporting tools
Ensure the accuracy and reliability of existing reports by regularly reviewing and updating them


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, business, or a related field and three years of experience in report/analytics development, or an Associate's degree and four years of experience
Proficiency in Workday reporting tools, including Workday Report Writer and Report Designer
Experience supporting HCM functional areas such as Payroll, Core HR, and Benefits
Experience supporting Finance functional areas like Financial Accounting and Accounts Payable
Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
