Job SummaryThis role involves leading the Meat & Seafood team to achieve sales, margin, and labor targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as experience in team building and employee relations.Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve retail execution, productivity, and efficiency.
• Maintain a positive work environment through effective management of Associate Team Leaders and Team Members.
• Select, train, and develop Team Members to build a high-performance team.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
• Maximize sales, margin, and labor targets through effective scheduling and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with established procedures and regulations, including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices.Requirements
