Participate in implementing solutions, driving programs to success, and influencing outcomes.Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Prepare and cook foods, including soups, sauces, salads, entrees, and catering items.
• Understand and follow verbal and written recipes, production orders, and cooking instructions.
• Set up, maintain, and break down the station, preparing and stocking all products.
• Assemble, operate, and disassemble meat and cheese slicers, using knife skills and related utensils and equipment.
• Prepare salad bar food items, including production, setup, replenishment, cleaning, and breakdown.
• Receive and unpack deliveries, dating, rotating, and storing them properly.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to health, safety, and food handling regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Follow health and safety regulations regarding equipment use and personal hygiene.
• Ability to lift objects up to 35 lbs. to waist height.
• Adhere to COVID-19 workplace safety and sanitation standards.
• Perform other jobs as determined by the supervisor.
