  REGISTERED NURSE ICU - D/N ROTATE 36 hours
  Minimum 3 years experience in ICU; Cerner/Epic preferred. Requirements: BLS and ACLS License: Current MA RN License; No Block Booking; Facility is not accepting local candidates.
  Active MA license required at time of submissions.
  BILH Coversheet Required
  Cannot have worked perm/travel for any Beth Israel facility within the six months.
  COVID Vaccines Booster required at time of submission.
  2024-2025 flu vaccine required at time of submission (declinations not accepted). If candidate does not have current flu vaccine, we will accept an attestation stating they will receive it prior to start.
