PVESC is a large, expanding veterinary practice with doctors across multiple specialties, including surgery, internal medicine, oncology, ophthalmology, dermatology, neurology, emergency & critical care, and cardiology. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Internal Medicine Coordinator to join our specialty department. This position is perfect for individuals with a background in veterinary medicine, including licensed technicians, veterinary assistants, or highly experienced client service representatives. As a Coordinator, you'll work closely with clients, technicians, and CSRs, playing an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department.
Key Responsibilities Include:

• Facilitating communication between clients, referring veterinarians, doctors, and technicians
• Reviewing records for urgency and entering patient information into our system
• Auditing records, referral reports, charges, and diagnostics from the prior week
