- Rehabilitation Therapy position at The Brentwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Danvers, Massachusetts.
- New Grad candidates are acceptable.
- SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience preferred.
  - Job Requirements
  - State License Verification required.
  - Resume and License Verification must be attached upon submission.
  - References (3) required.
  - Criminal background checks (County, Federal, Multi-State, Nationwide Sex Offender) for the last 7 years are required.
  - HHS/OIG Search, GSA Search, and Social Security Number Trace are required.
  - 1 Step PPD or Quantiferon or Proof of Positive PPD and Chest X-Ray required.
  - CORI Massachusetts Background check required.
  - 8 Hours of Dementia Training required.
    - Schedule Information
    - Covid test required 72 hours prior to start date with results issued 48 hours prior to start date.
