Currently we are assisting one of our top home care agency partners with a need for an experienced Home Care Physical Therapist.

Coverage needs primarily in the Canton, Stoughton, Avon, Randolph, Milton, Quincy, MA area and surrounding towns.

Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
Every 6th weekend rotation
No on call
Competitive pay plus IRS mileage reimbursement

Requires 1 year of recent Home Health Physical Therapy experience doing OASIS visits with a Medicare certified agency.
