essential member of our clinical team, youll provide exceptional,
patient-centered care while being part of a high-performing team
committed to excellence.What Youll Do:Conduct thorough assessments,
diagnoses, and treatments for a variety of urgent care
conditions.Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including x-rays,
labs, and EKGs.Perform typical urgent care procedures, such as
laceration repair, I&Ds, and splint applications.Collaborate
with a network of peers and specialists to enhance patient

have immediate access to a supervisor or experienced colleague if
you ever need support.Triage and manage patients efficiently to
maintain a smooth clinic flow with generally 4-5 patients per
hour.Physician Only: Supervise and teach advanced practice

development.Qualifications:Physician: Board certified (MD/DO) in
Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine, and a valid state
license.Requirements:Valid, unrestricted medical and DEA
licenses.Ability to treat patients of all ages.DOT Certification:
Must be obtained prior to your start date. Carbon will cover the

- $140.75Productivity Bonus: Up to an additional 28%Part Time
Salary (minimum 2 shifts per week):$126,360 - $146,380 base (at 2
shifts per week)$137,732 - $159,554 with productivity bonus (at 2
shifts per week)Full Time Salary (minimum 3 shifts per
week):$189,540 - $219,570 base (at 3 shifts per week)$223,657 -
$259,093 with productivity bonus (at 3 shifts per week)Compensation
offers include an hourly rate, a wRVU bonus plan, a weekend
differential, and a balance of factors such as level of education,
experience, work history, and geographic location. The Company

law.What Youll DoProvide exceptional treatment, collaborative care
options (within the scope of urgent care), including physical
examinations, assessments, diagnosis and treatmentOrder and
interpret x-rays, lab results and EKGsTriage and manage patients
thoroughly and efficiently, maintaining a steady flow to avoid long
wait timesPerform digital blocks and regional anesthesia; start IV
fluids and perform minor surgical procedures, such as wound closure
and management, foreign body removal, diagnostic and therapeutic
procedures, closed reductions of simple fractures or dislocations
of fingers/toesApply and modify braces, splints, and other
orthopedic appliancesReview and manage daily tasks, patient
callbacks, and lab results, while on shiftProvide oversight and
lead day to day operations, as sole provider and serve as expert by
consulting, coaching and training advanced practice cliniciansAbout
YouState licensed physician and BC/BE MD/DO in Family Medicine,
Internal Medicine, Med/Peds or Emergency MedicineUrgent care
procedural skillsPassion for relationship-driven, human-centered
care with the ability to connect and deliver care to patients of
all backgroundsCommitment to lifelong learning of evidence-based
medicineDesire to provide input to build a new and exciting model
for healthcare deliveryAbility to promote a respectful,
transparent, positive team environmentSalary range of $202,800/yr -
$218,400/yr with an additional wRVU bonus potential up to 18% of
yearly salary that is paid out quarterly for a competitive overall
compensation package. Offers are based on a balance of factors such
