Per Diem avallable on all three shifts, FT available on 3am-11pm
shiftSame Day Pay!Sign on Bonus:$12,000 for fulltime nurses$6,000
for parttime nursesEmployee Referral Bonus: Up to $1,800 per
hire!Responsibilities of LPN/RN:Provide patient care in accordance
with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan
of care, as well as physicians plan of treatmentFollow a plan of
care designed by Nurse ManagerPerform medication administration and
treatments per plan of care (POC)Monitor residents conditions and
report accordinglyMaintain accurate documentation in accordance
with orders providedQualifications of RN/LPN:Primary series of the
COVID-19 vaccine requiredA current, unencumbered active license to
practice as an LPN or RN in the state MAAbility to work with
