Description:Join our team as an In Home Therapist and make a difference in the life of a family by providing home, community based, strength-based, intensive family therapy services. As part of this position, you have access to the weekly Professional Development Seminars facilitated by seasoned clinicians in small cohort groups that offer intensive training on diagnostic criteria, evidence-based practices, trauma and much more. This training series is designed to prepare you for the LMHC and LICSW licensing test.Requirements: Masters degree in mental health or related field, such as mental health counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy is required At least one year of experience working in child and family navigating systems Desire to support families in their homes and work with multiple state systems (such as Schools, Courts, DCF, and DMH)Bay State Community Services is an equal opportunity employer.
