**Job Summary:**We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Counselor to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide community support services and therapeutic services to patients. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.Responsibilities:

• Monitor services and provide community-based support to patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care
• Provide therapeutic services to patientsRequirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in mental health counseling or a related field
