  Responsibilities:
  
  Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting to improve mobility and function.
  Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
  Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
  Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and home exercises.
  Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
  
  Qualifications:
  
  Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
  Outpatient experience preferred but not required.
  Strong communication and patient-care skills.
  Ability to work independently and within a team.
