Be part of the mission to lead and deliver exceptional personalized care within our Magnet-designated, Top 10 Massachusetts recognized 229-bed hospital.Reporting to our Associate Chief Nursing Officer, as the Nurse Manager, you will lead our team that specializes in over 2800+ deliveries a year while providing personalized care and safety for both mothers and newborns. You will be responsible for the departments staff management, operations, throughput, budget and quality & safety. You will empower your team members to collaborate with physicians and staff to continue the valued premier obstetrics services that Winchester Hospital delivers within the community.Ideal candidates will have the following:

• A bachelors degree in nursing and must obtain MSN within 5 years of hire. Preferred: MSN on hire
• At least five years of work experience as a nurse, with at least two years clinical experience in obstetrics delivery (labor & delivery)
• At least five years of leadership experience. Budget management experience is preferred.
• Current Massachusetts RN licensure
