Strategic Implementation Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Strategic Implementation Manager to lead the deployment of their SAAS solution for large accounts.
Key Responsibilities

Lead technical integration for strategic customers
Perform comprehensive discovery and document implementation requirements
Identify and manage project risks while collaborating with sales and support teams

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience
6+ years of experience in SAAS implementation
Experience managing high-stakes strategic accounts and C-level stakeholders
Experience with data validation, unit testing, and UAT
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
