industries.We seek a high-energy, organized, proactive, and
detail-oriented Office Manager to join the Peloton team. This is a
hybrid position that would require 3 days per week (Tuesday,
Wednesday, Thursday) onsite at our Boston office located at 99
Summer St. As an Office Manager, you will have responsibility for
supporting leaders with critical administrative processes as well
as ensuring our office runs efficiently. You will bring a
customer-centric approach to both internal and external
interactions, making sure that everyone who enters our office
experiences top-notch service.Responsibilities:The Office Manager
will be managing the daily operations of the Boston office as well
as providing support to Peloton's Executives, Finance, and Human
Resource teams. Detailed responsibilities include:
- General Office Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and activities of Peloton's
headquarter office, as the main point of contact leading
operational efficiency and effective communications.
- Ensure office efficiency by maintaining common areas,
organizing closets and cabinets, handling correspondence, and
overseeing supplies and equipment.
- Manage and maintain office equipment, identify needs and
acquire supplies, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate food
deliveries when requested.
- Act as a point of contact for all visitors both internal and
external providing them with top-notch service.
- Administer phone calls, emails, letters, and packages, as well
as distribute mail to appropriate parties within the
organization.
- Provide leadership to remote office locations by ensuring
consistent processes are followed, offices are managed and
maintained in a consistent and professional manner.
- Respond to general office inquiries and ensure adherence to
company policies.
- Executive Team Support
- Provide direct administrative support as needed, including
scheduling meetings and events, booking travel, mailing and
shipping packages.
- Finance Operations Support
- Oversee internal corporate card and ensure adherence to expense
policy.
- Organize checks and assist with invoice scanning.
- Human Resources Support
- Provide assistance with Onboarding and Training
initiatives.
- Support Analyst level training programs.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates in regard to onsite
interviews in the Boston office location.
- Assist with candidate travel and logistics (interviewees).
- Booking travel to United States for international
employees.Required Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; Business Administration or
equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in office
administration or in a similar role.

superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have strong time-management skills, organized, and a high
attention to detail, as well as an ability to deliver success
across a variety of different tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company
information.

- Proficiency with office applications specifically; Microsoft
Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

- Prior experience working in a Professional Services,
Technology, or start-up environment.Compensation:Peloton provides a
