*What You'll Do:*
* Assist in planning, organizing, and managing daily nursing operations.
* Collaborate with the Director of Nursing on staffing needs, screening, and interviewing.
* Develop and implement department policies and care procedures.
* Oversee staff competency assessments and continuous professional development.
* Coordinate nursing services with other resident care activities to ensure continuity of care.
* Identify and report areas for improvement to maintain high-quality standards.
* Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
* Participate in annual surveys and quality improvement initiatives.

*What You'll Bring:*
* RN license in Massachusetts (required).
* Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
* 3-5 years of nursing experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
* Proven ability to manage and support a nursing team.
* Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
* Proficiency with electronic medical records and care management systems.
* Current BLS/CPR certification.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
