- Job Details
- Hospital in MA is seeking a Case Manager for a travel assignment!
- The RN Case Manager follows the patient, does discharge planning and collaborates with all members of the multidisciplinary team.
  - Job Requirements
  - Experience in Acute care Setting, plus experience in discharge planning.
  - Must be familiar with Medicare, Medicaid, managed care and other 3rd party payor review requirements.
  - BSN preferred but not required.
  - Will consider someone without MA license, but can't have CA or NJ license, or background hit.
    - Schedule Information
    - 40 hours a week, M-F
    - M-F 8-4:30 or 8:30-5
      - Unit Specific Information
      - Assignments on inpatient units, including Med/Surg, ICU, Tele and Stepdown.
        
        Additional Details
        
        BLS required
        
        Will accept LOCAL Placements
        
        ASAP ONLY
        
        Hospital is looking for temp to perm hire for this need! Looking for someone local preferably!
