Job Description:

A company is looking for a Manager, Provider Performance Program Management.
Key Responsibilities

Manage provider engagement and ensure coordinated efforts across the Ohio Market
Develop and evaluate provider engagement strategies to meet APM goals and objectives
Create executive reports and dashboards to track provider activities and quality metrics

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Minimum of three years of healthcare, managed care, or administrative experience
Preferred experience with Alternative Payment Model execution
Minimum of one year of leadership or management experience preferred
Familiarity with healthcare field and payer-provider partnerships preferred
