In this leadership role, youll mentor clinicians, shape innovative programs, and collaborate with national experts in autism and developmental disabilities.Your Role: Lead clinical training, supervision, and staff evaluation to ensure top-tier ABA services. Track client progress and refine intervention strategies using data-driven insights. Stay ahead of ABA research and best practices, integrating new methods into clinical care. Maintain the highest ethical standards, ensuring compliance with ABA regulations.What You Bring: Masters degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field. Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCBA-D). 1+ years of experience designing and implementing treatment programs. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
