Job Description:

Accounting Manager up to $125k + 15% bonusWhat to know:

Compensation range of $100K - $125K
10-15% bonus
Hybrid setup - 3 days in-office and 2 days remote (In-office Days: Mondays and Wednesdays a must)Functions:
- Oversee property-level accounting, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Manage cash flow, financial reports, budgets, and reconciliations
- Support 3rd party MRI users and manage loan compliance
- Prepare unaudited and audited financial statements
- Collaborate with Acquisitions and Dispositions teams on financial analysis and reportingQualifications:
  - Bachelor's degree in accounting or business
  - 5+ years in property accounting, preferably in commercial real estate
  - Experience with Funds, Joint Ventures, GAAP, and tax accounting
  - Knowledge of tenant recoveries and waterfall calculations
  - Proficient in financial software (MRI preferred) and Microsoft Windows programs
