Identify and pursue funding opportunities by completing grants and Requests for Responses Be a leader in crisis management: Provide clinical leadership in emergency situations, ensuring rapid and effective responses.Strengthen partnerships and champion collaboration: Represent Communitas in key DDS Family Support and referral meetings, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. Build and maintain strong connections with DDS area and regional office management to enhance services and advocacy.Qualifications of the right candidate include:A bachelor's degree in human services or a related field.A minimum of four years' experience working in a family support program with strong clinical skills.Experience working with people with disabilities and their families.
