futures.THE ROLEAs Director of Digital Strategy you will be
responsible for developing and implementing innovative digital
marketing strategies that drive engagement across client segments,
increase brand awareness, and support business objectives.
Leveraging in-depth knowledge, not only of Digital Marketing, but
also how it integrates with different parts of MFS and/or clients,
to drive business and client-aligned solutions.You will work
closely with cross-functional teams, including MarTech Product
Owners, content, design, and analytics, applying your comprehensive
knowledge of key business drivers, and the factors that maximize
performance, to build and execute campaigns across various digital
platforms.As a key member of the Marketing Strategy & Activation
Management team, this is a highly visible position within the firm
and plays a crucial role in shaping and executing MFS digital
marketing strategy globally, with impact to the broader marketing
function and to business results. Persuades senior leaders and
stakeholders to take action.Manages teams of senior level
professionals, within multiple related teams, setting priorities
for the group and allocating resources to align with business
objectives; Recommends operating policies and establishes
procedures for Digital Media. Identifies and directs the resolution
of complex problem-sets; looks beyond existing methodologies and
resources to develop innovative and effective solutions.WHAT YOU
WILL DO
- Build and lead a high-performing digital marketing team,
providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing
strategies that align with business goals, enhance brand presence,
and increase client engagement across all digital platforms.
- Oversee the production of digital assets, ensuring brand
consistency and adherence to best practices.
- Plan, execute, and manage digital campaigns, including email
marketing, social media, digital advertising, and SEO/SEM, ensuring
they meet performance goals.
- Oversee digital campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads,
LinkedIn Ads, etc. Manage paid media team and collaborate with
creative teams to develop engaging content and creatives that align
with campaign goals.
- Monitor and optimize digital campaign performance using
analytics tools. Provide insights and actionable recommendations to
improve strategy effectiveness and optimize ROI.
- Collaborate with content strategy teams to develop compelling
digital content tailored to client segments and optimized for
search engines and social media platforms.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve organic search
rankings and drive traffic through effective search engine
marketing techniques.
- Oversee social media team to align with campaign engagement
strategies.
- Analyze client journey and digital touchpoints to enhance user
experience and ensure consistent messaging across all
platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, emerging
technologies, and industry best practices. Experiment with new
digital marketing strategies and tactics to drive innovation and
engagement.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., content creators,
designers, developers) and external partners (e.g., agencies,
vendors) to ensure seamless campaign execution. Provide strategic
recommendations to improve overall digital marketing efforts and
achieve business objectives.
- Work closely with GDS, Sales Enablement and other internal
teams to ensure digital strategies are aligned with overall
business objectives.
- Serve on relevant cross-functional marketing committees and/or
projects as a subject matter expert for the digital marketing
function and the broader organization, offering advice and support
whenever needed, to ensure effective collaboration and
enablement.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree or demonstrated experience in a related
field.
- 12-15+ years of leadership experience in digital marketing,
campaign management, or related roles.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful
digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and analytics. A
sound understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media
marketing.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development basics.
- Ability to interpret data to generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to
develop creative strategies that engage target audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a
fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability and experience working within a global team across
