Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project
Manager to join our clients team. This role will be responsible for
leading and collaborating with internal teams and vendors to
successfully design, plan, and execute proprietary events,
third-party conferences, and sponsorships. The ideal candidate will
ensure consistent brand and event standards, while also focusing on
delivering strategic and impactful event experiences.Salary: $65 -
$72.99 per hourShift: FirstWork Hours: 8 AM - 4 PMEducation:
BachelorsResponsibilities
- Lead event planning efforts, coordinating all aspects of
proprietary and third-party events.
- Ensure event components align with brand standards and showcase
SPDR thought leadership across marketing channels.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify key themes, messaging,
and goals for each event.
- Develop and manage project plans, lead planning calls, and
coordinate with all business partners to meet deliverables.
- Provide strategic insights to integrate key event components,
including speakers, branding, and attendee experience.
- Oversee all event speakers, including coordinating requests,
consulting on content, and ensuring proper preparation.
- Track budgets and spending to ensure events remain within
designated limits.
- Measure return on investment for all events and provide
analytical reporting.
- Support industry conference deliverables such as booth
coordination and promotional materials.Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5-6 years of experience in event marketing and/or marketing
communications.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and balance multiple projects
effectively.
- Expertise in event planning and/or marketing, preferably within
the financial services industry.Skills
