Role OverviewSodexo is seeking a Regional Operations Support
Manager based at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston,
MA. In this role, you will work mostly Monday-Friday, but will need
the flexibility to work as the manager on duty every third weekend.
You will assist with patient meal experience in this 400+ bed
hospital as well as retail and catering preparation as needed.This
position can last up to 18 months with potential to transition into
a permanent position. This position comes with benefits.What You'll
Do
- Supervise and effectively lead a team of frontline
associates.
- Provide shift coverage when needed.
- Implement innovative and fresh ideas in retail, catering, and
patient services.
- Be responsible for ongoing and annual food and physical safety
training for hourly associates.
- Conduct audits and create action plans based on audit

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent
experience.Minimum Management Experience - 3 years.Minimum
Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in facilities
(e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services,
grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g.,
food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store
operations, or vending) services, CTM, or Clinical Nutrition.
