A company is looking for a Senior Sales Compensation Manager to
design and manage sales compensation programs that drive
performance.
Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain competitive sales compensation plans, including
commission structures and bonus programs
Manage the commission calculation and payout process, ensuring
accuracy and timeliness
Analyze compensation data to identify trends and recommend
improvements
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in sales compensation in a SaaS
environment
Proven expertise in incentive compensation plan design, including
quotas and accelerators
Prior experience managing sales compensation workflows and payout
administration
Highly proficient analytical and mathematical skills with advanced
Excel proficiency
Proficiency with sales performance and compensation software and
tools
