Create effective client deliverables.Support the employee benefits Client Service Cycle to ensure a seamless renewal process.Resolve service-related issues independently but know when to raise concerns to more experienced Leadership team members.Coordinate vendor responses, support negotiations, analyze and spreadsheet proposal results, and develop the client presentations.Guide and support new hires and account associates.Complete internal professional development programs to gain an understanding of the insurance industry and processes.Qualifications:

  • Experience with project/timeline management with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Knowledgeable in processes related to acquisition, implementation, service, and billing of accounts.
  • Strong project management, leadership, problem solving, and practice development skills.
  • Strong personal computer skills with experience in Windows-based software.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, public speaking, written & verbal communication skills.
