Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 7-10 years of project management experience managing
the website(s) of complex, multi-division or multi-brand
companies.
- Working technical knowledge of website coding and
functionality, including both WordPress, BigCommerce (or similar
ecommerce platform), and PayPal.
- Working conceptual knowledge of cross-platform integrations,
such as with Salesforce, Hubspot, and/or other third-party
platforms.
- Has effectively managed several simultaneous projects and
initiatives across multiple stakeholders and departments.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with
experience using project management software (e.g., Trello,
Monday.com, etc.) Deep understanding of web best practices for
ecommerce, digital and marketing, as well as ability to think
strategically about user experience and multidimensional
initiatives.
- Ability to lead and motivate a distributed/remote and diverse

Gentex Corporation is looking for an experienced Website Project
Manager to manage the corporate website and supporting digital
platforms. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Website Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and
delivery of our website development projects. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of the project
to ensure it meets the client's requirements, is completed on time,
and stays within budget.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders,
collaborates with external partners as needed, coordinating project
management for daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and strategic
initiatives.
- Establish or codify documented systems and processes, including
an understanding of business goals and current systems and
workflows, as well as identifying missing ones that are needed to
further goals and future objectives.Gentex offers a robust benefit

Responsibilities:
- Understand web development technologies, CMS platforms, SEO
principles and cross-platform integrations.
- Ensure the marketing site platform functions properly, content
is accurate, and updates are made timely.
- Understand ecommerce platforms, particularly in areas like
payment gateways (e.g., PayPal), shopping cart functionality, and
online checkout processes.
- Ability to analyze site performance and user behavior to help
make data-driven decisions to keep projects on track and improve
site effectiveness, including optimizing sales.
- Communicate effectively with external partners and developers
to ensure the technical feasibility of projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and
the project team, ensuring clear and consistent communication and
collaboration to define project objectives, deliverables, and
requirements.
- Plan and oversee projects to ensure timely completion within
budget, including creating detailed project plans with tasks,
timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Proactively manage multiple fast-moving projects involving
internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring alignment
with business and marketing goals as well as technical feasibility
of projects.
- Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to
provide regular updates, gather feedback, and ensure project
alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Organize regular project meetings to review progress, address
issues, and adjust plans as needed.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly in a
fast-paced environment, ensuring minimal impact on project timeline
and budget.
- Understand site compliance (e.g., GDPR, ADA) and security
standards that protect customer data and ensure a trustworthy
experience.
