Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Manager AI Agent Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and empower a team of AI agent engineers
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality AI agents that meet customer expectations
Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to develop impactful technical solutions

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in design and development for mission-critical systems
5+ years of software engineering leadership experience focused on AI/ML and cloud-based systems
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Deep understanding of LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and orchestration frameworks
Experience with enterprise-grade AI architectures and API integration
