Job Description:
A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer for Japan.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical and product aspects for pre and post sales
activities, including product education and software delivery
Manage client relationships by understanding business requirements
and providing technical support in collaboration with internal
teams
Advocate for clients by providing feedback and ensuring their
requirements are communicated effectively to the Sales Team
Required Qualifications
5-10+ years in an enterprise client-facing technical role such as
Solutions Engineer or similar
Understanding of technical subjects including web services, PaaS,
SaaS, APIs, and SDKs
Experience in pre-sales and/or post-sales roles
Experience in blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and
financial services
Bachelor's degree in CS or related STEM field, or equivalent
professional experience
