scorecards. Utilize mathematical, statistical & fin'l methods to dvlp end to end supply chain solutions to improve service & decrease cost. Serve as a liaison w/ sales dept to keep them updated to any changes in delivery, as well as partnering in the rollout of new products. Oversee outgoing shipping activities to ensure the accuracy, completeness & condition of shipments. Participate in defining parameters, objectives, goals for the dept & its respective metrics. Standardize
processes & seek constant improvement in core processes. Participate in planning, securing & implmtg overall shipping strategy. Support, dvlp & seek constant improvements w/in the dept & its teammates. Process shipments documentation (BOLs, Invoices, Handbills & PODS.) Maintain co.'s truck fleet in optimal conditions. Collaborate w/ production,
procurement & sales to optimize processes. Ensure work area space is utilized effectively & kept clean & orderly.Actively participate in the co.'s Lean journey, provide guidance & support to its dept in the concepts of 5S, VSM, lean foundations & continuous improvement. Occasional travel is necessary to other bus. locs in Miami, FL. Viable candidate must possess a Bachelors deg in Industrial Engg or its equiv.
