We're seeking a talented and experienced Principal Engineer to join our growing team and help us continue to lead the way in transforming the digital retailing space.Job Description:We are looking for a Principal Engineer with a strong full-stack development background, leaning toward front-end expertise, to take on a leadership role in building out our core platform. You'll be working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform, leveraging technologies such as TypeScript, React, Redux, and Next.js. A bonus if you bring experience with Java Spring on the backend. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver scalable solutions that power the next generation of automotive tech. You will also mentor junior engineers, drive architectural decisions, and ensure our platform meets the highest standards of performance, reliability, and user experience.Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications.
• Lead the development of key features, with a focus on front-end development using React, Redux, and Next.js.
• Architect and implement complex solutions that span both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define product requirements and technical solutions.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, providing guidance on best practices, architecture, and code quality.
• Drive innovation by staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the industry.
• Contribute to the optimization and performance of our platform.
• Work in an Agile development environment and take ownership of key components of the platform.Required Skills & Experience:
• Extensive experience with TypeScript, React, Redux, and Next.js.
• Strong full-stack development experience, with a proven ability to design and implement solutions from front to back.
• Solid understanding of web application architecture and experience building scalable, high-performance systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
• Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring others.Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus):
• Familiarity with Java Spring on the back-end.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Understanding of modern DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
