Reporting to the Network Manager, the candidate will be responsible for supporting the on-premise (datacenter) and cloud network infrastructure. The successful candidate will have knowledge of networking including switching and routing. Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware is recommended. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, willing to learn a complex networking environment.Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring the movement of data through highly available networks that comprise the on-premise and cloud network environments.
• Provide technical assistance in network planning, engineering, and architecture.
• Document, identify, and evaluate new products, and provide resolution for network problems.
• Identify and diagnose complex problems and factors affecting network performance/availability.
• Evaluate new technologies and platforms to determine whether their applicability aligns with the business's needs.
• Evaluate and identify opportunities for network performance and functionality improvements.
• Work with technical team to ensure that hardware infrastructure is maintained with latest firmware requirements for security and reliability.
• Manage basic and expedited support to resolve all networking related issues.
• Proactively communicate the status, plan of action(s), and resolution(s) of issues.
• Produce periodic reports of performance and operational status.Preferred Experience:
• Experience with public cloud providers
• Experience with AWS/Azure Networking and configurations (ALB/ELB/Global Accelerators/Tunnels)
• Target groups/security groups
• Vnet configurations and Vnet-Vnet peering
• Transit gateway or transit VPN experience
• 1+ years of Network Engineering experience required. Experience working with most of the following IS systems, protocols and or software/hardware:
• LTM/GTM Load Balancers (Fortinet or F5 or similar)
• Cisco ISR routers, Catalyst switches and Fortinet firewalls, SD-WAN, Aruba wireless.
• BGP, OSPF, 802.1x, DNS, DHCP
• Experience in developing technical solutions both independently and in a team solving environment
• Experience supporting multiple datacenters and cloud providers and their associated connectivityMinimum Qualifications:
• BS or BA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
