Oncology, your work will contribute to our bold, inspiring vision:

the Global Oncology Products & Pipeline Strategy team, you will
report to the Head of Global Oncology Products, Pipeline and
Strategy and work with a cross-functional and global team to drive
an asset in our Hematology portfolio.How you will contribute:
- Establish strategic direction of pre-launch, launch and
in-market brands within Global Marketing, and in alignment with the
Takeda Oncology Business Unit.
- Drive Global Strategy and Launch Planning for a late stage
asset.
- Partner to shape the Heme Disease Area Strategy, Brand Strategy
and Brand Plan, including financial plan and forecasts, life cycle
management.
- Collaborate with Executive Leadership across functions
including IR and Heme GPT with a goal of driving revenue for
Oncology Business Unit.
- Manage and develop a team of Global Heme Brand Leads
responsible for ensuring the strategic and tactical marketing
operations to achieve brand success.SCOPE:
- Establish strategic direction of Heme portfolio; validate
growth opportunities and prioritize key activities.
- Drive the Global strategy and launch plans for a late stage
asset in Heme.
- Drive insight generation and translate insights to messaging
and brand storytelling in collaboration with Analytics and
Insights; apply data and insights to validate business
opportunities, optimize marketing mix and monitor ROI of brand
activities.
- Collaborate to develop managed markets strategy to drive
enduring value for brands in partnership with internal and external
stakeholder (i.e., authorized generics, pricing and
reimbursement).
- Drive LCM strategy for the brand by monitoring additional
indications and generic competition 24-36 months from patent
expiration in collaboration with cross-functional leads.Basic
Requirements/Qualifications:Required:
- Bachelors Degree.
- At least 10 years pharmaceutical experience with increasing
responsibilities in sales or marketing, including launching brands
in at least one Ex-US and/or US market.
- At least 3-5 years of leadership experience - hired, developed
and managed talent within the industry.
- Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, with
experience in either Oncology or Rare Diseases.
- Demonstrated experience managing PnL of a brand.
- Deep understanding of the brand/franchise, the pharmaceutical
industry and how to effectively engage HCPs.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with countries, functional
partners and peers.
- Demonstrated experience managing complexity and change.
- Learning agility and adaptability.
- Ability to set priorities, manage roles and responsibilities of
team, mentor and develop team members.
- Ability to make sound business decisions based on a strong
understanding of business, finance and risks/benefits of
decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to influence effectively including
situations where organizational authority is lacking.
- Extensive experience in marketing strategy and tactic design
with an ability to communicate ideas to internal partners and
external agencies.
- Ability to clearly and succinctly communicate
(verbally/written) in a persuasive and appropriate manner at the
executive level.Preferred:
- MBA.
- Experience in Global Marketing positions at a commercial stage
pharmaceutical company.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Travel to internal and external meetings including overnights
and weekends will be required, estimated up to 20% travel.More

MAU.S. Base Salary Range:$205,100.00 - $322,300.00The estimated
salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The
actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors,
including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the
position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills,
level of education attained, certifications or other professional
licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or
from which they will be performing the job.The actual base salary
offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage
