OT on a Exempt Contract Contingent Basis Engagement Team - Principal Associate Labor Category - Mid Level Exempt Professional aligned under services related to NAICS: 541611 - DPLH Est.: 2080 Hrs. ST - 0 Hrs. OT on a Exempt Contract Contingent Basis located CONUS - United States Across The Southeastern Region supporting Department of Energy (DOE), Office of Headquarters Procurement Services (MA-64), in collaboration with GSA, focusing on professional and administrative support for procurement and management services.
    Seeking Procurement Specialist candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE-PASS. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Position and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.
    JOB OVERVIEW
    Provide services and support as a Professional and Administrative Support Services (Procurement Specialist) in the Environmental Management Industry Sector focusing on Program / Project Management Solutions for clients such as Department of Energy (DOE-PASS) - Office of Headquarters Procurement Services (MA-64) Generally Located In CONUS - United States and across the Southeastern Region.
    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

    • Provide end-to-end contract lifecycle support, including administration, acquisition planning, performance metrics evaluation, and financial assistance management.
    • Manage and coordinate technical and business operations across organizational entities, ensuring effective project planning, design, and execution within cost and schedule controls.
    • Conduct cost and price analysis to evaluate labor, direct/indirect costs, and deliverables to ensure compliance and value for the Government.
    • Oversee contract deliverables, ensuring proper preparation, dissemination, and adherence to requirements while performing other related duties as needed.

      Desired Qualifications For Procurement Specialist - Professional and Administrative Support Services [DOE-PASS955960]

      • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in contract administration, acquisition planning, or project management.
      • Demonstrated experience with Government contracts, including level-of-effort or support services contracts, is preferred.
      • Experience in financial assistance administration or cost analysis is advantageous.

        Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

        • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, contract management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
        • Relevant experience in contract management, project management, or acquisition support.

          Skills Required

          • Thorough knowledge of contract lifecycle management, including acquisition planning, performance metrics, and deliverable preparation.
          • Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and other relevant Government contracts.
          • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe).
          • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
          • Strong interpersonal skills.
          • Leadership and adaptability.

            Work Environment and Expectations:

            • Regular interaction with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, finance staff, program managers, and external stakeholders.
            • Collaboration with Government agencies or contractors to ensure compliance with contract terms and deliverables.

              Work Setting:

              • Primarily office-based with potential for remote work depending on organizational policies.
              • Occasional travel may be required to attend meetings, conduct site visits, or participate in negotiations.

                • Fast-paced work environment requiring flexibility, adaptability, and prioritization of multiple projects or deadlines.
                • Complex problem-solving involving competing priorities, budget constraints, and evolving project requirements.
