Job Description:

This role will be responsible for our client's Active Directory and email environment including the O365, ADFS infrastructure. The O365 SME will be supporting the environment by applying best practice, performing risk analysis, assessing the overall AD/Exchange/O365/Teams/SharePoint, etc. environment and identifying gaps.The resource will be tasked with producing and/or updating various reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. These reports include metrics, KPIs, and other data to provide management and senior leadership views into the operational aspects of the team, as well as other ongoing efforts and roadmap items.Experience Required:5-10 years of experienceDemonstrated excellence in supporting the Microsoft O365 Collaboration Tools --Email, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc. and the ability to interact with colleagues throughout the LOBs to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair issues and to work with peers and partner teams when necessary to find solutions.Must be personable to work with a variety of colleagues in a fast-paced environment.Always at the forefront of maintaining operation stability, recognizing rising issues and escalating to management.Nice to Haves:Experience and inside familiarity with secure, regulated industries such as banking and finance.
