years.The Senior People Data Analyst will play a key role in
supporting the People team by delivering actionable insights,
optimizing data management, and driving process improvements. This
position involves collaborating with cross-functional leaders to
produce meaningful analyses and creating data visualizations that
provide clear and actionable insights into workforce trends. With a
proactive focus on improving data quality and methodologies, you
will directly contribute to enhancing HR performance and
organizational processes. This role requires a deep understanding
of People data and systems.What You'll DoData Analytics &
Insights
- Analyze, interpret, and visualize People and workforce data to
provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making,
future talent strategies, and operational improvements.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
through detailed data analysis.
- Build, enhance, and maintain dashboards and reporting
frameworks for tracking key HR metrics (e.g., headcount, retention,
talent, recruiting, engagement, workforce planning).
- Generate routine and ad hoc reports from People systems (HRIS,
ATS, LMS, etc.) to support business and organizational needs.
- Present complex data and analysis in a clear and actionable way
using data visualization tools.Data Quality & Process Improvement
- Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of
workforce data across systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes and
improve data management practices, ensuring consistency and
reliability of People-related data.
- Enhance methodologies and approaches to improve the quality and
efficiency of reporting and analytics.Collaboration & Stakeholder
Engagement
- Partner with stakeholders across the People team, Finance, IT,
and business units to understand data challenges and translate
business needs into meaningful reports and insights.
- Act as a trusted advisor on People analytics, proactively
sharing findings and recommendations to improve organizational
performance.Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in People analytics, or a
related role with People/TA, demonstrating a strategic mindset in
working with global teams and complex HR systems.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working with HCM/HRIS systems,
including ATS, LMS, and headcount management.
- Proven track record of analyzing and interpreting People data
to drive organizational insights and decisions.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in data visualization (BI) tools
and advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP,
macros).
- Strong understanding of HR metrics, processes, and
systems.
- Ability to analyze large and complex datasets, identify
patterns, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving data
and process challenges.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the
ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical
audiences.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional
teams.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, or a related
field or equivalent progressive work experience.
- U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access
export-controlled data.Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other database query or
programming languages.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS and Gem CRM.
- Familiarity with Rippling.US Salary Range: $114,000 - $171,000
USDThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide
range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work
experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or
