Job Description:
The Finance Associate on the Controllership team will be
primarily focused on assisting in the monthly intercompany billing
process. This individual will ensure that the financial flows
between various entities are both accurate and timely, which is
crucial for maintaining smooth operations across the Company. This
role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the
ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
Knowledge of accounting principles, experience with financial
software, and familiarity with multinational corporate operations
would be beneficial in this position.Your Impact
- Process internal contract agreements, which could include
drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts to ensure compliance
with internal controls and effective financial flows.
- Provide insightful analysis to enhance financial reporting.
This could involve examining financial data to deliver actionable
insights that aid decision-making for the company and contribute to
strategic planning.
- Identify and communicate with key stakeholders to streamline
Business Operation processes; identify efficiencies and assist in
implementing new procedures and controls in intercompany billing
processes.
- Assist in the coordination of the intercompany billing cycle,
ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and
reconciled.
- Ensure intercompany accounts are balanced accurately across the
entities to prevent discrepancies in financial statements.
- Assist in providing information and documentation necessary for
audits and to ensure tax compliance, which may require liaising
with auditors and tax advisors to assist with queries and provide
thorough documentation.
- Part of your responsibilities may include supporting
acquisitions, which could involve assisting in the monthly
financial reporting and supporting their integration into the
financial systems of Publicis Groupe.QualificationsYour Skills &
Experience
- BS in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting or financial
reporting.
- Intermediate to advanced experience with Excel.
- Experience with large, complex international companies.
- Team player with the ability to adapt to changing priorities;
go-getter who isn't afraid to take on new challenges and problem
solve.
- Ability to complete deadline-oriented tasks with minimal
supervision; strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Set

- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, with an understanding of IFRS
accounting principles.
- Experience with SAP.Additional InformationPay Range: $70,000 -
$85,000. The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges
currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this
position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset
