Position: Manager (Operational Engineering/Vendor Payments)

This posting covers multiple openings for the position described.

Duties: Perform design, implementation, testing and maintenance of

software systems to support Finance team in payment processing.

Develop applications using object oriented PHP, MS SQL Server, and MVC

framework. Modify existing software to correct errors, adapt to new

business requirements, and improve performance. Mentor junior engineers

on the Vendor Payment Engineering team. Perform project planning using

agile methodologies. Ensure that developed applications meet short-term

and long-term business needs. Conduct domain and technology seminars and

meetings.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering,

Information Systems or related field (willing to accept foreign

education equivalent) plus two (2) years of experience performing

software engineering and data analysis using PHP and MS SQL. Also

requires expertise performing PHP development including designing

complex systems and performing object-oriented programming; analyzing

business requirements and translating requirements into data storage

solutions; designing data tables and data layers using MS SQL;

performing full-stack software development for web applications using

PHP, SQL, HTML, CSS, and Java Script; performing unit testing and

developing test plans and test frameworks; and interfacing between

business and engineering teams and translating requirements to software

architecture.
